Standard membership price-lists are built for teams of 1-5. For teams beyond ten who want legal predictability, one invoice across multiple locations, department-level reporting and a dedicated office manager, MindHUB Enterprise takes over. One PO, one monthly receipt, one accounting line; whether your team grows or shrinks.
This plan is built for technology companies, law firms, investment funds and Türkiye operations of foreign reps with 10 to 60 staff on hybrid setups, looking for a central, prestigious yet flexible Istanbul address.

What we set up for you
Branded door signage + shared area
Laser-cut brass entry signage and reception-to-office wayfinding. Meeting rooms are bookable by your company name.
Dedicated Service Officer (DSO)
Your single point of contact. Onboarding new members, guest welcome, IT/AV support coordination, filtering department requests — done for you.
Private WiFi VLAN
Your own subnet, isolated from other members. Static IP pool, internal printer discovery, MDM/RMM-compatible certificate distribution.
Monthly invoice, single PO, wire transfer
One Purchase Order, one monthly invoice, VAT separated. Wire, bank transfer, corporate card, USD/EUR account — whatever finance prefers.
Meeting-room pool, no hourly billing
Instead of hourly credits, a monthly pool allocated by team size. You say 'we need 80 hours this month' — we handle the counting.
Card access for all members, department reporting
Entry/exit reports pulled from the RFID card system, tagged by department. Hybrid usage analytics, real occupancy data, monthly summary to HR/office ops.

What is the minimum contract length?
Enterprise plans run on a minimum 12-month contract. Extra discounts apply for 24 and 36-month terms. For 6-month temporary project teams, we offer a separate 'Project Suite' package.

Which tax documents do you issue?
Monthly e-invoice, optional USD/EUR proforma, annual consolidated expense report. For foreign-headquartered companies, we prepare intercompany transfer-pricing documentation.

How do you handle KVKK and data security?
MindHUB operates 24/7 camera recording, card access logs and visitor registration as KVKK Data Controller in Esentepe and Maslak. Member data is stored on AWS Frankfurt. ISO 27001 certified; SOC 2 Type II issuance planned for Q3 2026.

What is the exit procedure?
60-day written notice before contract end. Joint walkthrough on exit day, deposit refunded within 14 business days. Signage removal, card deactivation and digital address-change notice are our responsibility, at no extra charge.
